Lungu attacking judges over petition time

Forged President Edgar Lungu has personally been attacking and abusing the Constitutional Court judges for ruling to extend the time in which to deal with the petition which he believed was supposed to end on Friday midnight.

Lungu is shocked that even judges such as Annie Mwewa Sitali and Mulenga Mungeni, some of whom were in South Africa where they met with Emmanuel Mwamba recently to fix the case in favour of Lungu, agreed to UPND President Hakainde Hichilema’s submission to be given more time.

The same Lungu who has so far broken the constitional provisions by not vacating office while the petition is ongoing and also broke the constitution by keeping ministers in office after the dissolution of Parliament now wants other people not to be given a hearing as provided for in the Constitution.

In addition to money, Lungu has now promised Justice Annie Mwewa Sitali to be the Chief Justice during the tenure of Lungu.

Lungu and Judge Anne Mwewa Sitali are also connected and related in marriage

He has also since been calling police commissioners in all provinces to allow PF thugs to come to Lusaka and disrupt the court proceedings tomorrow so that there is no court sitting and claim that the police were overpowered.

Lungu has also ordered the service chiefs to be on the lookout and arrest UPND members including their President Hakainde Hichilema and his running mate Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba should they attempt to attend court tomorrow.
