Lungu gives two more UPND MPs jobs as minsiters

President Edgar Lungu has given two more UPND MPs jobs as ministers, according to state house sources.

Lungu has offered jobs to Solwezi East Member of Parliament Villie Lombanya and Siavonga Mp Kennedy Hamudulu.

But the Watchdog understands that the UPND has described the treachery and as good riddance of the non-preforming MPs.

UPND insiders say they wish Lungu should appoint more traitors in UPND as this would help the party deal with huge number of applicants fighting to be adopted for 2016.

Sources in UPND says that the appointment of UPND MPs by Lungu has a zero impact on the party as late Michael Sata tried but achieved nothing apart from filling the bellies of individual MPs.

For example, the UPND MP for Itezhi Tezhi Greyford Monde has been working as deputy minister for PF. But duringn the presidential by-election two weeks ago, UPND got 7069, PF 788 in Itezhi Tezhi. In Sinazongwe where another UPND MP Richwell Siamunene has been working for PF, UPND got 17, 942 votes against PF’s 1, 103.

Earlier in the morning, Lungu obliged to Rupiah Banda’s ‘advice’ to dump Lombe Chibesakunda and apppoint wako ni wako Irene Mambilima.

Lungu also appointed

plyaboy Antony Mukwita as deputy ambassador to Sweden.
