Lungu holds clandestine meetings in Luapula

PF presidential candidate Edgar Lungu is today expected in Uganda where he will meet nationals of that country who will help him in his scheme to rig the upcoming elections.

And Lungu last night in Mansa met three different groups from Uganda, Zimbabwe and DR Congo. Sources surrounding him disclosed that the three groups were organised by former intelligence boss and convict Xavier Chungu.

“He met the three groups at about 22:00 hrs yesterday and is ¬†bound for Uganda today (Thursday) afternoon Friday,” said the source.

She also disclosed that Lungu is not pleased with intelligence reports he has received about the increasing support for the united party for national development (UPND) in Luapula.

The other officials who Lungu met are from Timor consulting, the Israeli firm hired to help him rig the elections and chose Mansa as meeting place because he has lost trust in his State house security.
