Lungu to dash to Luapula for ‘fire fighting’

Outgoing President Edgar Lungu is on Tuesday expected to dash to Luapula Province to try to ‘repair’ the damage caused by the UPND.
While in Luapula Lungu is expected to cheat farmers that his government will be prompt in paying for their produce and that he will pay increased attention to fertilizer distribution.
Lungu will also make fake pronouncements that he will revitalise assets of Kawambwa Tea Company in order to create jobs for the local people.
United Party for National Development (UPND) vice president for administration and president Hichilema’s running mate Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba (GBM) is currently in Luapula Province pounding the UPND ‘ten point’ development plan.
