Lungu to plant bombs on HH, GBM properties then arrest them for treason

Outgoing frail dictator Edgar Lungu yesterday met with some of his ‘trusted’ OP intelligence and other security personnel and devised a plan to implicate UPND President Hakainde Hichilema and his running mate Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba into some arms crime and have them arrested for treason before elections.

People chargedmuseveni with treason can not be given police bond or court bail.

The high level secret meeting took place yesterday (Sunday) before Lungu flew to Siavonga and was attended by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni’s Ambassador to President Edgar Lungu, Mr. Okere who arrived in the country on Saturday aboard flight SA 066 for briefings on the rigging and manipulation schemes.

After attending this evil meeting, Lungu went to the church in Siavonga to continue mocking God like the hypocrisy he has always been.

One key outcomes of yesterday’s meetings was to secretly plant guns, bombs and treasonous documents in the farms and properties such as yards owned by UPND President Hakainde Hichilema and his running mate Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba and later arrest them on treason charges.

The arrest of the opposition leaders is also calculated to bring instability in the country and suspend elections until November or December during the rain season when many places will be inaccessible in Zambia.

The other outcome of the meeting was to suspend campaigns on the Copperbelt and Luapula Provinces where it is feared the PF have lost a lot of ground going by the recent findings after Lungu’s visit.

State House sources revealed that Mr. Okere is also the Ugandan Minister of Foreign Affairs and is in Zambia to consolidate Lungu’s efforts to rig elections.

“Lungu met Okere in the morning yesterday before he flew out to Siavonga and Chirundu but another meeting was scheduled for last evening. The visit of Okere to Lungu has been kept secret, no media, and no public function will be allowed”, security sources close to the meeting revealed.
