President Edgar Lungu is next week Thursday expected at the Vatican in Italy where he will meet Pope Francis.
Foreign Affairs minister Harry Kalaba says Lungu will meet Pope Francis on Friday 5th February.
Kalaba has told Zambian Journalists in Ethiopia that the visit by President Lungu reciprocates the visit last year by Archbishop Paul Gallagher who was a special envoy of Pope Francis during Zambia’s golden Jubilee celebrations.
The Watchdog yesterday revealed that Lungu will travel to Rome to ‘bad mouth’ local Catholic leaders. See here
