*96 HOURS GONE AND NO ACTION.*
We all watched and saw how our Lusaka Provincial minister Bowman Lusambo instructed the demolitions of those illegal structures at the Munali grounds but till now nothing has happened.
This caught my attention and had me thinking as what could have led to Bowman to act in that manner, is it that he felt left out to the scramble of the sharing of that land by other top government officials as he was not on the party list. Then he realized that he was the Chief Executive officer of Lusaka province and wanted to show those that left him on the party list that he was the real boss.
So if those plots and structures are being built illegally as stated by the Provincial Minister then my simple questions is; 1.Who issued out the permit to allow people to build on that property and who was receiving monies to allow such illegal activities to take place.
2. Is this now the case that our law enforcement officers and agencies should move in to investigate the situation and bring the culprits to book as this is serious offense and the law breakers should be made to face the consequences of law of the land.
3. So where is the City of Lusaka and what is the job also the Ministry of lands as this shows the levels of corruption in our societies nowadays as people can just start building houses without the consent of the City of Lusaka and the Ministry of Lands who are the right owners of the land in Lusaka.
4. So is this another story 48 houses that were built without knowing the owner.
Lastly but not the least so as we saw our Bowman threatening that civil servant in public to transfer him I feel the real person that deserves the transfer or shown the exit door is himself as no way from day one he failed to act when those illegal houses started being built without him knowing about them and wants to act when the houses are even reached the roof levels.
