Don’t encourage lawlessness bwana minister. You will need the same police officers you are trying to embarrass when the situation gets out of hand. Look at their salaries and other working conditions as well, not just attacking them anyhow to appease the public.

Address the root cause which is bosses in ceremonial she wear in lusaka central and at HQ. They are the ones who mount these roadblocks by getting kick backs or a share of realised loot

How many road blocks should be mounted on mumbwa road? From town to munyeu. We usually c one at kalundu, one at marken and one between mwembeshi high school and mwembeshi primary school. Are they all legal?

What the minister needs to do is have a meeting the the traffic dept of the police and talk about these issues under closed doors. The minister should not work against other govt dept coz believe me, he doesn’t know what the repulcations are if citizens were to implement what he’s saying.
