A critical shortage of fuel has hit Mansa for the second time since February .
A check by ZANIS this morning revealed that all the filling stations except for AMICO Spectra have no fuel.
Motorists formed queues at AMICO as early as 04:30 hours this morning in an effort to buy the commodity.
And motorists ferrying passengers from town to Senama compound have taken advantage of the shortage of fuel to increase taxis and
minibuse fares from two thousand kwacha to two thousand five hundred kwacha for mini buses and from ten thousand to fifteen
thousand kwacha per person for taxies.
