Mathew Mohan jailed for 2 and half years

Inktech director Mathew Mohan has been jailed for two and half years by a Lusaka magistrate court.
Mohan was last week found guilty of obtaining goods by false pretences by magistrate Mwaka Mikalile
He was accused of obtaining 50 radios, nine batteries and one motorbike valued at K67, 200,014.71 from a Rolf Pfeifer.
Mohan is already in remand prison waiting for judgment in a different criminal offence of Murder. Mohan and two others are charged with murdering Sajid Itowala.
The convict was represented by a lawyer called Likando Kalaluka.
