Allow me to write on the abuse customers have been going through the past two weeks at the hands of Indo bank.
We are being told the bank is upgrading its systems in order to serve us better. However, the past two weeks, we have been served the worst service, we discovered that our account numbers have been changed and the bank has not bothered to communicate to us.
We are in limbo as we can’t access our money, mobile banking service has been disabled. We don’t even know the new account numbers which have been allocated to us. Our greatest fear now is whether our little savings in our old accounts would not be stolen or go missing during this transition process.
