Mess at Interpol Chilanga

Mess at Interpol Chilanga

Der  editor
I wish to air my concern over the current situation when submiting documents for Interpol clearance at chilanga police station, as you maybe aware the PF police have banned the use of unregistered cars, i must also inform you that currently there is only one point were Interpol is done the whole Lusaka and they only accept submissions 3 days a week monday, Wednesday and Friday for only 4 hours on those days 8-12. So if you go after 12 they can not attend to you unless you give them what I learnt as late submission fee to put in their pockets. When I inquired why they cut on days and time I was told that the volume of entries is too high they can not manage to work on all submissions. This clearly shows how the PF want to harass motorist. Even this threatened state of Emergency instead of increasing police presence at markets were they are burning, what we have seen is only an increase in the number of roadblocks. I therefore urge the decentralisation of Interpol and immediately restore the normal working hours to submit Interpol applications.
