Miles Sampa Barricades public road, put cows in house

Lonely Lusaka Mayor Miles Sampa has company. He now keeps three cows at his newly acquired residence in the plush Napsa Complex in Nyumba Yanga in Lusaka. He has gone further to barricade a public road with a razor wire much to the annoyance of neighbours.
“He bought this upstairs house not too long ago and we were all happy to have a senior govt official in our midst until he bought livestock to keep him company. This is clearly against Public Health Act. We can’t be rubbing shoulders with livestock in our dwellings,” Sampa’s neighbour told the Watchdog.

His house is right next to Petroda Filling Station on Leopards Hill Road.
