Finance Deputy minister Miles Sampa is offering a reward of K15 million for information on the killing of a NIPA student Ruth Mbangu.
Ruth Mbangu was murdered in unclear circumstances last week.
The naked body of the 19-year-old was discovered dumped near her home in Emmasdale, Lusaka, with eyes poked out and the skin of her face peeled off.
The police claim they are making headways in capturing the killers but so far no one has been arrested prompting Matero MP Sampa to put money on the heads of the killers.
