Miles Sampa’s thug Bwalya jailed for contempt

Matero member of parliament Miles Sampa’s thug Hieta Bwalya has been slapped a one week simple imprisonment by the Lusaka Magistrate court for contempt of court.
Bwalya told Magistrate William Banda in mitigation that his continued absence from court was as a result of miscommunication with his lawyer Anthony Kasolo.
Bwalwa is facing charges of criminal trespass, arson and malicious damage to property belonging to the Buseko Timber and Grass Multi-purpose Cooperative based at Buseko market.
Magistrate Banda has since set October 14 as the date for continuation of trial.
Bwalya is the former Patriotic Front (PF) Matero Youth Chairperson and was part of the PF thugs who attacked civil society leaders at Bible Gospel Church in Africa (BIGOCA) and has always been shielded from facing the law by Miles Sampa.
