Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD) President Charles Milupi has become the ninth candidate to file in his nomination this afternoon ahead of the forthcoming tripartite elections.
Milupi said the ADD has done its homework and will form Government after the polls as it has the capacity.
The ADD leader, who arrived at the court around 15hours, said party is concerned with the well being of citizens and developing the nation.
Milupi advised Zambians to vote wisely and elect leaders who are responsible enough to bring about the directional change the nation desires.
Meanwhile, Zambia Direct Democracy Movement President Edwin Sakala has emulated New Revolution Party (NRP) President Cosmo Mumba by withdrawing from the presidential race.
Sakala said there is no need for his party to compete with the other political players.
