Milupi, HH confer as Lungu, Bwalya strike deal

ADD President Charles Milupi and UPND President Hakainde Hichilema will today, 25th November 2014, hold a joint press briefing at the ADD headquarters in Lusaka at 09:30 hours at ADD offices in Lusaka’s Madras area near Kamwala Secondary School.

Meanwhile, information has emerged that defence minister Edgar Lungu has struck a deal to stand on Frank Bwalya’ s party should he lose at the PF convention.

Frank Bwalya owns a party called Alliance for a Better Zambia but the entire executive in July this, led by Patricia Mwashingwele defected to UPND leaving Bwalya alone.

Under the deal with Lungu, Bwalya will be the vice-president.

Lungu is today expected to meet Guy Scott at State House to formalise the ‘reconciliation’, which will see Lungu obey everything that Scott has been saying all along.
