Labour Minister Fackson Shamenda was Tuesday chased out of parliament for improper dressing
Speaker Patrick Matibini ordered Shamenda to go and put on a necktie as required by parliamentary rules.
A suit and tie is compulsory for male Members of Parliament while females MPs are required to have dressing that fall below the knees.
Shamenda apologised before walking out. He claimed that he had forgotten the tie in his office at the ministry.
In 1992, Edith Nawakwi was chased from parliament for turning up in a mini-skirt.
