Law association of Zambia (LAZ) president Linda Kasonde says ECZ must listen to all stakeholders as to where the ballot papers are going to be printed.
The LAZ president said ballot papers should be printed where all parties are happy and comfortable to avoid civil strife.
Speaking at LAZ offices in Lusaka this afternoon, Ms. Kasonde also argued that referendum must not be held alongside the general elections.
Concerning the tenure of the current ministers, the LAZ president said the current ministers’ mandate ends tomorrow after parliament is dissolved.
She further clarified that the vice president remains in office until the other one is elected.
Ms. Kasonde assured the Zambian that if the PF insists on ministers continuing after dissolution of parliament, the association will have no option but to take the matter to court.
