Anti-Voter Apathy (AVAP) says the Movement for Multi-party Democracy has started buying voters cards in Kasama.
AVAP president, Bonnie Tembo, says the MMD is buying one card at K50, 000(fifty thousand Zambian Kwacha.
Tembo, who is in Kasama to monitor the forthcoming parliamentary bye-election, says the MMD has set up buying centres in bars.
He has appealed to the Anti-Corruption Commission to investigate the matter.
Meanwhile the MMD says it stands a very good chance of winning the Kasama central bye-election because the PF is de-campaigning itself.
MMD national secretary Katele Kalumba says when ever the MMD candidate opens his mouth, the MMD gains a vote.
