MMD optimistic of scooping 2016 polls, says Siliya

Movement for Multi party Democracy (MMD) Spokesperson Dora Siliya says the party is confident of bouncing back to power after the 2016 elections.

Speaking in Lusaka, Siliya said MMD is optimistic of being given the mandate to rule again by the voters in the next polls.

She noted that once the former ruling party sorts out its issues and deals with weaknesses that distanced it from the people, the party stands a chance of bouncing back to govern the country.

Siliya also challenged the Patriotic Front (PF) government to work extra hard and focus on developing the nation and providing services to the Zambian people.

The MMD Spokesperson further urged the PF government to ensure it delivers on all its campaigns promises especially in the case of women, children, and youth who are usually neglected in society.
