Mosho, Police again fail to uproot the Mast Printer

forklift-2Determined to silence independent media, crooked lawyer Lewis Mosho and under the instructions of President Edgar Lungu and former President Rupiah Banda today again invaded the residence of Post newspaper proprietor Fred M’membe with a view to uproot the Printing press belonging to the Mast newspaper, a company owned by Fred’s wife Mutinta.

Mosho’s agents, with armed police stormed the residence again in the afternoon with a bigger forklift recommended to them by the three ‘experts’ hired from South Africa but again failed thereby going back angry.

It has been learned that the search at Dr. M’membe’s residence yesterday by the Zambia environmental Authority was meant to create passage for the ‘experts’ to study the machine in readiness for today’s uprooting which has again failed.

And a source from State house has disclosed that the three ‘experts’ who were brought in from South Africa to help uproot the Mast printing press are accommodated at State house and being paid US$300 per day upkeep allowance.

“They have been here since Monday and are each being paid an upkeep allowance of $300 per day so yesterday they went to study the machine and recommended the bigger forklift so that they can remove it but again they have failed. I really don’t know for how long they are going to be here,” said the source.
