Paramount chief Mpezeni of the Ngoni people of Eastern Province says there is need for Zambians to accept and respect the courts decision over the acquittal of President Frederick Chiluba.
And chief Mpezeni also says it is wrong for people to suggest that President Rupiah Banda influenced the acquittal of Dr. Chiluba.
He says there is need for people to understand the separation of powers that exit among the three arms of government, which makes it impossible for the President to influence the Judiciary.
The Paramount Chief told ZNBC in Chipata that the courts came up with the verdict after a thorough trial.
