Msiska’s ‘statement’ is fake

The statement, on government letterhead and purported to have been written by Secretary to the cabinet Roland Msiska is a forgery and was in fact not written by Msiska but by PF crooks Frank Bwalya, Sunday Chanda and Brian Hapunda among others. And most top defence and security personnel have started refusing Lungu’s orders to break the law.

A Watchdog source, now permanently stationed at Statehouse disclosed that the signed letterhead was stolen from the government safe by Edgar Lungu and given to the PF crooks after Msiska refused to be abused.

“Lungu forced Msiska to do a statement to legitimise his (Lungu’s) illegal stay after the petition but Msiska and other defence chiefs advised Lungu to follow the law. It looks like it is only police IG Kakoma Kanganja who is on his side because even the Intelligence boss Samuel Nkhoma is looking uncertain,” said the source.

According to state operations, there are some plain government letterheads pre-signed by top officials like defence and security chiefs, secretary to cabinet and others to be used in case of emergencies to preserve national security. So sensing that he has lost support he got the Msiska’s pre-signed letter head for his cronies to put fake message. Msiska’s letter was forged.

This is the purported letter, study it and check the construction and grammar.
