MTN continues stealing from clients

Good morning Dear Watchdog!

MTN is stealing for poor Zambians, I subscribed for Blackberry social monthly plan (K60) on tuesday (12 January 2016) last week around 10hrs, they deducted K60 from my main account but never sent me the services I paid for, today its saturday 23 January 2016 and I don’t have subscription. I have been calling MTN center, but to no avail, apparently my number has even been blocked, I can’t go through 111.

I have been going to MTN office in Kabwe almost everyday, so that they refund me, but my journeys are all in Vain.
