Mugabe to take over as African Union chair

Zimbabwean dictator Robert Mugabe will be elected as Chairperson of African Union next Friday.
Mugabe left Harare for Ethiopia on Wednesday to attend the AU summit.
The 90-year-old president would represent the continent on the international stage though he is detested in Europe and America.
African Union Commission deputy chairperson Erastus Mwencha told journalists at a briefing on the sidelines of the African Union summit in Addis Ababa today that Mugabe was proposed by his region and leadership of the AU rotated.
The African Union is not a serious organisation but just a platform for African rulers to share ideas about witchcraft and rigging elections and impoverishing Africa.
The AU can not even fund its activities but depends on Europe and USA for financing. The AU headquarters in Addis Ababa was built by China using Chinese money.
To see how useless the AU has been, one will have to remember that In 1975, when the AU was called the ‘Organisation of African Unity’ its chairman was Idi Amin, the brutal moron who was president of Uganda that time.
