Former Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Teddy Mulonga says he is not seeking to stand on the UNIP ticket for the Solwezi central bye-election.
Mulonga who called the Watchdog Tuesday Evenning said he was approached by UNIP to stand on their ticket but that he declined.
He said he was very upset that the Watchdog published a story without verifying with him.
He said readers on the Watchdog are saying bad things about him on the comments.
Mulonga was rejected by the MMD in preference for former district commissioner Albert Chifita for the 19th November bye-election.
Mulonga once stood on UPND and FDD tickets respectively and lost on both counts.
