Munkombwe says failed Priest Frank Bwalya should be ignored

Former Southern Province minister Daniel Munkombwe says that Frank Bwalya is a cheap politician who people should not pay attention to because he is a failed priest and disgruntled political cadre.

Speaking at a rally held at Mahululu in Livingstone constituency to drum up support for UPND presidential, parliamentary and local government candidates on Monday morning, Munkombwe

said that Frank Bwalya once attempted to stop the late Michael Sata from appointing him as minister but Sata told him off.

“I know Frank Bwalya very well. One time he attempted to stop late Michael Sata from appointing me as provincial minister but he was told to shut up. I found him at state house when I was called”, said Munkombwe.

“He is a failure and a cheap politician who the people of Zambia should not pay attention to.  As a seasoned politician who has been MP for Choma central for 20 years and also appointed by various governments, I know that he (Bwalya) is not a politician,” said Munkombwe.

At the same meeting, UPND national chairman for elections Ackson Sejani told the people to

liberate themselves from PF and President Edgar Lungu who has caused untold misery.
