Mwandi Kuta says violence in Mulobezi is strange as locals are peaceful

The Mwandi Royal Establishment in Mwandi has described the violence being witnessed in Mulobezi as strange because the local people in the area are peaceful.
And Inspector General of Police Stella Libongani has claimed that the police are acting professionally in their investigations surrounding the violence in Mulobezi.
Induna Nasambali of the Mwandi Kuta expressed concern at the strange violent behaviour which has characterised campaigns in Mulobezi ahead of the June 30th PF instigated by-election.
The Patriotic Front (PF) has ‘exported’ thugs to Mulobezi to ensure the PF wins the by-election at all cost as they are determined to show that they have support in Western Province where President Lungu has failed to address the Barotseland problem.
And Inspector General of Police Stella Libongani has claimed that the police are acting professionally in their investigations on violence in Mulobezi
Libongani said Friday morning that the police was professional and was not working under external influence in its investigations.
She said they were investigating cases of threatening violence, assault and destruction of campaign materials in Mulobezi.
Patriotic Front Secretary General Davies Chama shot and wounded a UPND cadre in Mulobezi but the police have failed to arrest him.
