Widow of UPND founding president Anderson Mazoka, Mutinta, says people’s hopes in president Rupiah Banda are fading quickly.
Mutinta Mazoka says the friendship between president Banda and former president Fredrick Chiluba is eroding donor confidence.
She said that Zambians had hoped for a better future under president Banda but it was now clear that Zambians no longer have any hope in the president.
She observed that the president has been making too many blunders leading to people losing confidence in his leadership.
She noted that even the fight against corruption championed by late Levy Mwanawasa has diminished under the current leader.
