No more tribal talk in Zambia from now-says Milupi as he backs HH

Alliance for Democracy and Development (ADD) leader Charles Milupi has said that the combination of UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema with his running mate in this year’s polls Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba (GBM) was an indication that Zambians are united.
And MMD president Dr Nevers Mumba has called on all MMD members from all parts of the country to vote for Hichilema.
Speaking after UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema and his running mate Geoffrey Mwamba successfully filed in their nomination papers as candidates for this year’s elections, Milupi observed that all corners of Zambia are represented in the team that has been assembled by the UPND and has urged all ADD members across the country to support and vote for Hakainde Hichilema and further said from now on no one should ever talk of tribalism in Zambia.
‘Zambia has united from all corners and from now on no one should talk of tribalism again,’ Milupi said.
And MMD president Nevers Mumba has appealed to all MMD members to work in alliance with the UPND and move Zambia forward.
Dr Mumba said what was being witnessed in Zambia now was only seen in 1991 when Zambians from all corners joined together for a common purpose.
He said Zambian men and women have come together from different groups and parties to deliver the Zambian people under president Hakainde Hichilema.
And Geoffrey Mwamba has thanked president Hichilema for showing confidence in him by choosing him as his presidential running mate.
He promised to help usher in president Hichilema on the Presidential ‘throne’ and fight for the betterment of the lives of Zambians.
And UPND vice president for politics Canisius Banda has congratulated Mr Mwamba on his appointment as the running mate for Hichilema.
‘Let it be put on record that today I have congratulated Mr Hakainde Hichilema and his running mate Mr Mwamba,’ Dr Banda said.
