THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY ZAMBIAN TO DIE BECAUSE LUNGU IS RESISTING CHANGE – TUTWA
By Patson Chilemba
Losing Kabwe-Central PF parliamentary candidate Tutwa Ngulube says there is no need for any Zambian to die because President Lungu is resisting change.
Speaking with Daily Revelation, Ngulube said Zambia has always been a peace loving country, and that elections come and go.
He said the power that was given to President Lungu in 2016 must be given back to the Zambian people, saying “today as we speak results speak for themselves.”
“There is no need for any Zambian to die because the President is resisting change. There is no need for anybody to die or shed blood,” Ngulube said.
He urged President Lungu to emulate former president Rupiah Banda and all the others who conceded when they lost elections.
“He shouldn’t listen to people like Bowman Lusambo who is saying that bola ni 90 minutes,” Ngulube said, saying as member of the PF central committee he was urging the party to be magnanimous and congratulate the new President and wish him the best as he takes over the governance of the country. “As Tutwa Ngulube I will respect His Excellency the President (Hakainde Hichilema).”
