Incoming North-western Provincial Minister, Daniel Kalenga, says he would not tolerate tribalism, nepotism or regionalism.
Mr Kalenga who hails from the province said he has been posted to offer service for the people of the region.
He said he was not sent to the province as an ambassador of any tribe but to work for the betterment of all the people in the province.
Mr Kalenga said this during his inaugural meeting with provincial heads of government departments in Solwezi yesterday.
He said he believes in team work in order to succeed and advised government officers to work with him as a team achieve intended developmental goals.
Mr Kalenga said he has not come to the province to frustrate, belittle or transfer anyone but that he has come as a co-worker with all the other workers.
Mr Kalenga has replaced Mr Joseph Mulyata who has been transferred to theas Deputy Minister.
Meanwhile, Mr Mulyata, in his farewell message, commended government workers in the province for according him a lot of support during his service in the region and advised them to render the same support to the incoming minister.

Mr Mambwe said it is the duty of civil servants to give support to the head of the institution.
