After shutting down the University of Zambia, Copperbelt University and failing to financially help students at Mulungushi University, the PF has now taken its lack of vision and chaos to the Natural Resources Development College (NRDC).
The PF through it’s NRDC management has just ordered students at the country’s biggest public agriculture college to pay tuition and boarding fees in full by next Monday or they should stay away. The college is scheduled to reopen for the next semester next Monday.
Students pay about K6 000 per semester each and have always been allowed to pay in instalments since the majority of students come from poor families.
Even if the PF is demanding full fees from students, it has not paid civil servants for this month.
