Now PF orders Zesco to cut power to most parts of country

Probably to prevent people from following the debate in parliament, Zesco has cut power to most parts of Lusaka and the Copperbelt, and other parts of the country.

The PF plans to change most important clauses in the draft constitution at midnight.

The PF is forcing MPs to amend the draft bill at night. The MPs are currently (21: 30 hours eating supper) after being forced to remain in parliament and vote to change the running mate clause to give the president powers to fire the vice president. Lunte MP Felix Mutati has been caught napping and was busy pleading with the PF not change the clause. Mutati was heard pleading that if the PF does not change the clause, he will vote with them.

But the PF wishes to retain the 50+1 as they have calculated that in 2016 they will lose the first round of elections but will be able to manipulate the second round.
