Now Scott blames Watchdog and other media for PF confusion

Acting President Guy Scott has accused the media of fuelling the succession dispute that has rocked the ruling PF.

Speaking in a phone interview with a Kabwe based KNC radio station, Scott admitted that there was tension in the PF but was quick to say it was an internal matter. He claimed the recent riots in some places which followed his dismissal of party secretary general Edgar Lungu were caused by what he termed as irresponsible and unethical reporting.

“The tension in the PF is purely an internal matter but those riots were being fueled by some irresponsible journalists from some media houses including online media,” said Scott.
