The PF now claims that even it rains very heavily, the Kariba dam won’t be filled in the next three years and load shedding will continue.

Now that it is raining, the PF has created another excuse for failing to end loadshedding.

Energy Minister Dora Siliya, a corrupt element from MMD, claims that the Kariba dam will not be filled up even if Zambia and Zimbabwe record normal rainfall in the current rainy season.

Siliya, who once said late president Michael Sata was not born by a human being, claims that the Kariba will take more than three rainy seasons for it to be filled up to normal capacity.

She claimed that the current rainy season will do very little to raise the water levels in the Kariba dam.

Siliya was speaking Sunday evening when she featured on ZNBC TV’s Sunday Interview programme to launch this phase of lies.

‘I think we have reached a point where we need to be brutally honest with our people that this crisis will not go away tomorrow because even these rains we have experienced today (Sunday) in most parts of the country wont fill up the Kariba. We will not more than three years of good rainfall to fill up the Kariba,’ Siliya shamelessly claimed.
