I replaced a sim card in Choma about three months ago, at a certain container, considering the fact that airtel does not have a functional office here in Choma. Then yesterday, my phone is indicating that the sim is unregistered. I tried to call customer care, but as it has always been the case, no response from our dear airtel. I am a businessman and this is taking a huge toll on my business operations.
