A BIG thank you to the UPND, PF had an agenda, what is submitted is not what I have. The original has extension of 7 years, and hidden  closes to give power to the president. Baloba ilyauma.

Zambia is not PF nor is it UPND. why should the constitution be tailored to those in power? What is going to protect you when no longer in power? Please do not look at your own interests, there are millions voiceless Zambians whom you are supposed to represent. Bill 10 is not for majority Zambians but for those in power and their worshipers.

So just how can you be for a political party that has brought you missery instead of prosperity, but some people. Even bill 10 is a mechanism for more misery but some one doesn’t see!

This means the bill has flopped. For the bill to go through, it must have a 2/3 majority i.e. at least 113 MPs supporting it. This walkout means there are only 106 people in parliament including the three speakers.

Congratulations to UPND. A new bill will be drafted next year. New regime will have new and fresh ideas.

So now those that have remained are going to vote or just to pass the bill? What is voting when everyone is for yes? Its like those days when people voted for a person and a frog! Simple mathematics requires dealing with likes. Its only voting when you have yes and nos. I wouldn’t waist my precious time! Even the debate does not add up! Debating when all have already made their minds. I would these Parliamentarians sometimes just do these things for free and you would see how many would hang around to waist their time on debating for something already agreed upon.

The opposition party is dragging our country backward, but thanks to the PF and the three opposition MPs who have eyes on the ball. What Zambia needs at the moment is good constitution and that’s where enactment of bill 10 comes.HH does not mean well for the country and the people of Zambia will make sure that come 2021 he kisses the ground again.
