Organisation Kabimba and his lawyers used to swindle ex-civil servants does not exist

Screen Shot 2014-02-07 at 01.04.15More irregularities have emerged in the way Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba, his Permanent Secretary Joseph Akafumba and a former convict Siakachoke Simemeza plundered money meant for former civil servants.

This time it has been discovered that the Association the three have been dealing with was de-registered on May 26, 2011.

This means that the government released money to an illegal entity. This is the reason Nelly Mutti of Lukona Chambers was dealing with the beneficiaries on an individual basis because she knew that the organization was not legal.

In contrast, Kabimba and Akafumba did not like the sanity of Nelly Mutti and instead released the money using Kabimba’s Lawyer Rabson Malipenga who has since shared the money with them.

According to a letter dated February 6, 2014 and signed by the Acting Chief Registrar of Societies Kakoma Kanganja, the Voluntary Separates’ Association of Zambia (VSAZ) does not exist.
