Reports reaching the Watchdog indicate that Lusaka MMD chairman’s house William Banda has been looted and ransacked by PF cadres.

William Banda stays in Bauleni slum.

The Watchdog further understands that several houses of people who were seen to be against new ruler Michael Sata are under attack by his hooligans.

And PF cadres have turned their celebration into rampage as they have gone into Lusaka town centre forcing people to raise their party symbol.

Vehicles are not allowed to pass the crowds of call boys without the driver and his passengers showing a raised fist.

President elect Sata will be sworn in at the Supreme court at 14 hours today. He has refused to be sworn in at parliament.

Outgoing president Rupiah Banda will handover power in person.
