Ms Siliya who won with a landslide margin beat her closest Rival from the PF with 14 thousand 5 hundred and 61 votes.
PF’s Leonard Banda got 5 thousand 7 hundred and 50 votes.
UPND’s Candidate Cuthbert Phiri and UNIP’s Ignatius Phiri got the same vote of 5 hundred and 15 respectively.
Meanwhile, Petauke Central Returning Officer Makota Zulu declared Ms Siliya as the duly elected Member of Parliament for Petauke Central.
The MMD has scooped all the councilor seats in Petauke central.
Meanwhile, In NYIMBA constituency , the MMD ‘s Folly Tembo has scooped the seat with 8 thousand 1hundred and 11 votes after beating his closest rival of the PF Mabvuto Mwanza who got 3 thousand 3hundred and 87.
UPND’s Moses Mwenda got 1 thousand 7 hundred and 10 votes, while UNIP’s Tyson Chikaziwe got 4 hundred votes.
Maureen Mumba of the ZED got 99.
Timothy Mambalatata declared Mr Tembo as duly elected for Nyimba constituency.
Meanwhile, Msanzala Constituency has an Independent Member of Parliament following candidate Joseph Lungu’s 8,149 votes.
He has beaten Peter Daka of the MMD who managed to get 6,203 votes to get the second highest vote.
The PF was third with 722 votes in the parliamentary race which saw the UPND’s Levison Mumba and ADD’s Bertram Nyendwa who get 277 and 71 respectively.
The MMD has won the Katuba parliamentary seat.
MMD candidate Patrick Chikusu was declared winner by Katuba constituency returning officer John Manganda.
Dr Chikusu polled 6 thousand three hundred and 89 votes while the United Party for National Development-UPND candidate Jonas Shakafuswa polled 3 thousand 5 hundred and 31.
Patriotic Front candidate Susana Mwelwa got one thousand 6 hundred and 22 votes while an independent candidate Derrick Chaikana got 2 thousand and 83 votes.
