The PF Central committee met Sartuday evenning at State House where they resolved to impose Masumba on the lower organs of the party.
The PF in Mufumbwe prefer Elliot Kamondo as its candidate as shown by primary elections held in the constituency.
Elliot Kamondo got 14 votes out of 20 against Steven Masumba’s five while PF North Western executive committee treasure Richard Kamboyi got one vote – his.
But PF Secretary General Wynter Kabimba overruled the local officials saying the elections were illegal.
