PF cadres yesterday (Thursday) attacked mourners and Kanyama residents at the funeral of late Aaron Sililo Pumulo, a UPND supporter who died this week.
The PF cadres ferried in more than 10 minibuses ransacked some shops where they found UPND President Hakainde’s campaign posters.
Earlier the PF cadres physically attacked people who went to give solidarity to Chongwe MP Silvia Masebo when she went for questioning at the Anti corruption Commission offices for the offences of protecting lions and other big cuts when she allegedly cancelled the hunting licences.
Masebo supported the opposition UPND in the last elections and Edgar Lungu is in the overdrive to persecute all his enemies including journalists such as Fred Mmembe.
Some of people that were attacked and hacked at the funeral were later treated at Levy Mwanawasa hospital.
There has been wide condemnations of violent PF cadres who are attacking opposition leaders and supporters.
Even the PF leaders such as President Lungu himself has admitted and condemned violence by his thugs but it looks like Lungu says one thing and does something else.
It could also be that Lungu is no longer in charge of the police, army and other security wings despite getting a double salary as president and and Defence Minister.
Some of the attacks actually happened right outside Lusaka Central Police near the Fire Brigade along Church Road in Lusaka.
The PF could also be using the document strategy done by Zimbambean officials of causing maximum terror to decimate and silence the opposition in the country.
