PF thugs dispatched to Bweengwa to cause havoc

A battalion of PF thugs has been dispatched to Bweengwa constituency and other parts of southern province to go and cause havoc there and then several arrests will be made to instil fear among the poor people of the area.

The thugs were dispatched from the Bank of Zambia premises in Lusaka this evening using one Rosa bus, two police Land cruisers and another accompanying vehicle. Earlier in the day another group attempted to raid opposition DF leader Miles Sampa’s office but failed when they found the place surrounded by police officers.

They were clad in PF regalia while others were disguised in UPND attire and others had police uniform.

One of the officials in the group has disclosed that they have been paid by state house, with s scheme to go and tempt UPND cadres there into a fight.

After a failed bid to paint UPND as a violent party President Edgar Lungu, who is also armed forces commander in chief told the nation that if police have failed to work, then his cadres will perform police work.

UPND officials have challenged government to show the vehicles that are alleged to have been damaged and also name the journalists who were abducted but none has come forth.

But the villagers, with support of some people from neighbouring areas are aware of the scheme and mobilised themselves to repel the Lungu schemed attacks.
