PF cadres from Copperbelt survive road accident in Mufumbwe

Seven Patriotic Front (PF) members on Tuesday afternoon escaped death after the vehicle they were travelling in overturned three times following a tyre burst in Mufumbwe district in Northwestern Province.

The incident happened when a Toyota Hilux registration number ABJ 944 driven by PF Copperbelt Youth Secretary Kabwe Chanda had a front right tyre burst on the bush tracks after coming from a furthest rural ward which is located about Sixty Kilometers away from Mufumbwe.

Fulalita area, the place where the accident occurred is 15 kilometers before Kaoma district in the Western Province.

Kabwe told Copperbelt journalists that despite the vehicle overturning three times, only three out of the seven PF members on board sustained minor injuries.

The PF members who were in the vehicle are PF Copperbelt Chairperson Rebby Chanda, Kitwe District Youth Chairman, Stanley Chandidi, Michael Chileshe and other three PF members based in Mufumbwe.
