After blaming God for power failure in the country, the PF government now claims the long periods of power rationing will end as soon as possible.
PF minister of Mines, Energy and Water Development Christopher Yaluma told ZNBC’s Joy Siatubi in Kinshasa that government is in the process of modifying the current load shedding time-table to reduce the long periods of power outage.
The government has been telling the country that the load shedding is caused by low water levels in the Zambezi River. It is not clear if Yaluma will now urinate to fill the Zambezi River with water since rains are only expected in November.
Clearly this is a lie. The electricity load shedding is caused by theft and mismanagement by the PF see here
Yaluma also said that the PF government is engaging Mozambique to look at possibilities of importing power from that country.
Mozambique is at the end of the Zambezi River so if there is now water in the Zambezi river part in Zambia, how can there be water in Mozambican part of the Zambezi river?
