Chikondi Foundation president Bishop John Mambo says Zambia is losing its status as beacon of peace on the continent and Zambians looking like fools because of the high indiscipline in the ruling party.

Bishop Mambo told the Post newspaper that the indiscipline in the ruling party has led to acting President Guy Scott isolating himself from PF campaigns because he has been treated with disrespect from the time President Michael Sata died. The Edgar Lungu PF has tried to portray Dr. Scott as a very bad man and anarchist.

He said there was indiscipline in the ruling party with all leaders fighting each other and that they were now trying to divide the church.

Meanwhile sources have disclosed that Edgar Lungu’s team is under pressure to convince Dr. Scott to join in the campaign but Scott seems to be uninterested due to the indiscipline levels and the court proceedings over the disputed presidency which is being claimed by both defence and justice minister Edgar Lungu and commerce deputy minister Miles Sampa.
