PF machete survivor Komaki back in office, maintains Kabimba must go

Komaki-PFConfusion has continued to rock the ruling PF after Julius Komaki, announced the re-opening of the Lusaka District Office during a media briefing today.

Komaki, who was recently hacked with panagas by fellow PF cadres, also announced that he was the Acting Lusaka Province Chairman hence replacing or forming a parallel structure to that led by Geoffrey Chumbwe.

Komaki said he owed his survival to God after he was brutally macheted by Chumbwe’s group that includes Goodson Banda.

During a media briefing, Komaki maintained his call for the resignation of party Secretary General Wynter Kabimba.

Komaki belongs to the camp of Defence Minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba while Chumbwe belongs to the camp led by Justice Minister Wynter Kabimba and Post Newspaper editor Fred Mmembe.

Last week, some PF women stripped half naked at the party provincial offices calling for the resignation of Kabimba as Secretary General of PF.

So far president Michael Sata has remained powerless in resolving the intra-party wrangles that has resulted in bloody fights that has so far claimed a life.
