PF will stay, and Nawakwi and Chipimo will do better than HH- says CB minister Musenge

Copperbelt Province Minister Mwenya Musenge says the reconciliation of PF President Edgar Lungu and Acting Republican President Guy Scott has sealed the Patriotic Front’s continued stay in power.

Mr. Musenge adds that the Patriotic Front will get more votes in next month’s presideRallyntial by-election than the party got in 2011.

He says FDD Leader Edith Nawakwi and NAREP President Elias Chipimo Junior may even perform better than the UPND President Hakainde Hichilema in the forthcoming presidential.

He says the UPND and other opposition political parties are fully aware that the Copperbelt is a no gone area for the opposition.

Mr. Musenge has said in an interview that the PF is not shaken when the UPND boasts that they have had successful rallies on the Copperbelt stating that their structures on the Copperbelt are compromised.
